Jenny’s career has spanned over 25years encompassing retail, distribution and manufacturing, mainly in the Catering Equipment and Hospitality Industry.
Throughout her career, she has been involved in Sales Management, and in her early twenties, Jenny created a National Network of 65 Distributors from scratch. She is also highly respected for her negotiating and purchasing skills, always looking for win/win solutions.
She has held senior management roles and is now an experienced Consultant/Mentor, Corporate & Executive, Business Growth and Personal Coach. She brings to her work a breadth of operational experience and organisational insight.
She retrained with The Coaching Academy, London’s leading Coach Training Company as a Corporate & Executive Coach achieving 100% in her exams. She has also trained as a Business Growth Coach, and is an accredited Executive Coaching Tools Practitioner.
In 2005, she founded JRL Coaching & Consulting, and has spent the last 3 years developing her business, and working with individuals at both a Corporate & Personal level.
Today Jenny works with Company Directors, Senior and Middle Managers, and Small Business Owners. She supports them in personal and corporate development. She is a highly respected professional, offering exceptional service and uses her people skills and understanding of client’s real needs, providing the most appropriate solution. She also has experience of working with Women Business Entrepreneurs, specifically having been involved with a project with Manchester Business School.

She works as an Associate Coach for LearnPurple, the coaching and training organisation for the Hospitality Industry. She particularly enjoys working with the Hospitality Industry, although has clients amongst many industries including marketing, public relations, finance, and property.
