We use the PMC Coaching Assessment as a means to clearly identify the areas that most  interfere with the individual Manager with achieving top performance.

We work with Managers, supporting them to identify the areas where they want to improve setting out clear goals in a professional development plan.(PDP).

This PDP then forms the basis for on going coaching sessions, when the journey to excellence is established and fulfilled
