The primary focus of the programme is simply to discover what your employees think of you and your business, and then to recommend some solutions to any issues we uncover. The result is always greater harmony and commitment.

We meet with each employee individually, on a strictly confidential 1-2-1 basis, and establish what they like about their job, what it’s like to work for you, and what needs to happen to support them to improve their performance in a way that would result in more fulfilment, commitment and a desire to further improve their performance and productivity. At the end of the meeting, we provide a clear report that sets out exactly what your team thinks. The report will provide you with specific areas (including verbatim comments) on which you can focus to make your business a better place to work. The key to success is anonymity.
